| Katimavik |
Katimavik offers young Canadians an exciting experience that incorporates
learning and volunteer involvement. It is Canada's leading national youth
volunteer-service program.During their 9 months with Katimavik, participants
ages 17 to 21 live in three regions of Canada. They are involved in exciting
volunteer projects in each community. |

| EF High School Year |
The EF High School Year program offers young Canadians the opportunity to study a semester or year abroad in another country. Our program participants will live with a carefully screened host family and attend a local high school in any one of the following destination countries: Japan, China, Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, Ireland, Germany, France, Costa Rica and the USA. |
| STS Student Travel Schools |
For students between 14 and 18 years old? STS provide the opportunity to go with STS High School on an exchange year abroad. Offers exchanges to over 20 countries throughout the world. |
| AFS Intercultural Programs |
The School Program – is for one academic year, semester or trimester and begins in July/ August/ September or January/ February/ March depending on the country. AFS students live with a host family and attend a local secondary school as full-time students. |

The Junior Forest Ranger Program is an exciting seven-week summer job
where you will be introduced to the science of wildfire and other forest
management principles while living and working in the great outdoors! If
you are a student aged 16 to 18 looking for a challenge, this job will
give you a chance to find out about career options, an opportunity to gain
valuable skills and a chance to make new friends. |

Forest Ranger |
The Aboriginal Junior Forest Ranger Program is an exciting seven-week
summer work experience program with an environmental resource management
focus. Qualifications: You are between 16 and 18 years of age as of
July 4, 2006. You must be enrolled full-time in (or graduating from) high
school (Grade 10 - 12) Suspended for 2010 due to budget cuts |

The
WISEST Summer
Research Program enables students who have finished grade 11 to spend
six weeks in the summer working in research groups in the University of
Alberta. The 17th annual Summer Research Program will be held at the
University of Alberta from July 4th to August 15th, 2010 |

HYRS
offers a hands-on research experience at a university campus to
approximately 30 exceptional high school students from all over Alberta,
introducing them to the research world and the many exciting careers
available in this field. This
is a science program where participants spend the month of July at one of ten
excellent universities across Canada, where they attend lectures and
workshops, and get involved in group projects |

flight from people with thousands of hours of experience in flight

program gives students and non-students the opportunity to expand and
enhance their overseas travel experience by living and working in Sweden. |

(Australia) |
Provides
opportunities for people between 18 and 30 from some countries to holiday
in Australia and supplement their funds through incidental employment |
| Working Holiday
Program (Japan) |
Gives
young Canadians the opportunity to visit Japan for an extended holiday and
to supplement their travel expenses through occasional employment. E.g. teaching English |
| Working Holiday Program (Germany) |
Enables
college and university students to expand their travel experience by
working in Germany. Work does
not have to be study-related. Participants
receive the same treatment as German nationals in all matters concerning
the application of laws, regulations, practices regarding health and
working conditions. You may

Provides
an opportunity to visit Korea for an extended holiday and to meet travel
